What shipping service do we provide?

At the moment, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order. The shipping address does not affect the shipping cost.
For information on how shipping costs are calculated for multiple items, you can refer to Vivofy’s Shipping Rates.

How do I set up my shipping?

To avoid undercharging or overcharging your customers, it’s best to align your store’s shipping rates with Vivofy’s.

You can:

  • Publish Vivofy flat rates directly to your Shopify store (recommended)
  • Manually set your own rates based on Vivofy’s shipping costs
  • Offer free shipping by including the shipping cost in your product’s retail price. (Note: Vivofy will still charge you standard shipping fees.)
Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, Vivofy only ships within the United States.

Please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam and military addresses. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For all other destinations, our standard weight-based shipping calculations still apply. If you have any questions about deliverable addresses, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

How can I track my order shipment?

Once your payment is complete and production is finished, we’ll update the shipping information in Shopify. Here’s how to track your order:

1. Vivofy App Dashboard – Your order will show as Shipped with the tracking number under Orders list.
2. Your Shopify Store – You can also view the tracking number and shipping details directly on your Shopify order details.
3. Shipping email – After shipment, we’ll send you a notification email with the tracking number. (Tip: Sometimes emails go to spam or trash, so add us as a trusted sender to make sure you don’t miss it.)

Notes:

  • Orders start production only after payment is successfully processed.
  • Tracking numbers are only generated once the order is shipped.
  • If you don’t see tracking information, please check that your payment was completed. Once confirmed, your order will enter production and shipping.
How is shipping calculated for multiple items?

Shipping for multiple items is calculated by total weight. Product weights are combined, and rates are applied accordingly. For details, refer to Vivofy’s Shipping Rates.

How long does fulfillment take?

Production Time

Most orders are shipped out in 1–3 business days after submission.
It may take 2–4 extra business days in below cases:

  • Orders with 100+ items
  • Orders that include plates or tumblers
  • Peak season (November and December)

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which will typically take 3–5 business days for delivery.
Note: Sometimes USPS may run into delays that are out of our hands. If that happens, you’ll need to file a claim directly with them.
