At Vivofy, we value every order and take pride in ensuring your products are crafted with care and delivered on time. Our fulfillment process is designed to be reliable and transparent, making shipping simple and stress-free. For more details about shipping and production, please read the sections below.

Shipping Method and Coverage

Shipping Carrier

All Vivofy orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.

Shipping Area

Vivofy ships only within the continental United States. Please note that we do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, or military addresses. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Costs

For all eligible destinations, weight-based shipping rates apply at checkout.

If you’re unsure whether your address is deliverable, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order—we’re happy to help.

Production & Shipping Time

Production Time

Most orders are shipped out in 1–3 business days after submission.

It may take 2–4 extra business days in below cases:

  • Orders with 100+ items
  • Orders that include plates or tumblers
  • Peak season (November and December)

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which will typically take 3–5 business days for delivery.

Note: Sometimes USPS may run into delays that are out of our hands. If that happens, you’ll need to file a claim directly with them.

Shipping Costs & Setup

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order, not the shipping address. When multiple items are purchased, their weights are combined, and rates are applied accordingly. For detailed rate information, please refer to Vivofy’s Shipping Rates and Product Weight Table.

Shipping Label

Your store or company name can be displayed in the “Shipping From” field on the waybill, but the shipping address itself cannot be changed. To ensure your company name appears on the label, add it under “Settings” in your account.

Shipping Setting Up

To ensure accurate charges for your customers, we recommend aligning your store’s shipping rates with Vivofy’s.

You can:

  • Publish Vivofy rates directly to Shopify (Recommended): Automatically sync flat rates to your store.
  • Set custom rates manually: Base your shipping fees on Vivofy’s cost structure.
  • Offer free shipping: Include the shipping cost in your product’s retail price. (Note: Vivofy will still charge you standard shipping fees.)

Order Tracking

After payment is processed and production is complete, your order’s shipping details will be updated in Shopify. You can track shipments through:

  1. Vivofy App Dashboard – Orders marked as Shipped will display a tracking number under the Orders list.
  2. Shopify Order Details – Tracking numbers and shipping details appear directly in your Shopify admin.
  3. Shipping Email Notification – A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. (Tip: Add us as a trusted sender to avoid emails landing in spam or trash.)

Notes:

  • Production begins only after successful payment.
  • Tracking numbers are generated when the order is shipped.
  • If no tracking number is visible, confirm your payment was completed. Once confirmed, your order will proceed to production and shipping.
