1. Choose a product

Log in to your Vivofy account, go to the Catalog, and select the product you’d like to design. Click Start Designing to begin.

2. Upload your design

You can:

• Upload an image file directly from your computer
• Use built-in stickers and icons
• Add custom text

For best print quality, ensure your design matches the recommended size and resolution listed in the side panel.

3. Adjust the placement

Once your design is uploaded, use the side panel tools to resize, reposition, and align it according to your preference.

4. Preview your mockup

Click Preview (bottom right corner) to generate a realistic mockup of your product with your design applied.

5. Save your product

Click Save Product once you’re satisfied. Your design will be stored in your account and ready to be published to your store.

Vivofy supports JPEG and PNG file formats.

• Maximum file size: 50 MB for both JPEG and PNG.
• Recommended resolution: at least 300 ppi for best results. Higher resolutions produce clearer, sharper prints.
• Printing dimensions vary by product. Please refer to each product description for details.

When you open a product in the design tool (by clicking Start Designing), the exact file requirements for the product will be shown.

The Vivofy Creator Tool is a free, built-in feature that makes it easy to create custom products. You can upload your own designs, add text, and preview realistic product mockups before publishing them to your store.

Color Guidelines

• White backgrounds will not be printed; they adapt to the product’s base color.
• To print white text or logos, add a colored background.
• Avoid light-colored text on light backgrounds or dark text on dark backgrounds—contrast is key for readability.

Effects Guidelines

• Remove any unnecessary backgrounds before uploading.
• Use high-resolution images for the clearest, most vibrant prints.
• Submit files in RGB format. CMYK files are converted to RGB automatically, which may cause slight color differences.
• Opt for high-contrast colors to maximize visual impact.

Content Guidelines

• Do not upload copyrighted content without written permission.
• Vivofy reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of copyright.
• Uploads that breach these rules may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

Vivofy uses sublimation printing for all drinkware products. Sublimation is a digital printing process that applies heat, pressure, and time to transfer dye directly into the surface of the material. This technique produces long-lasting, vibrant colors that resist fading, peeling, or cracking.

The process works as follows:

• A design is printed onto special transfer paper using sublimation inks.
• The printed transfer is placed onto the product.
• A heat press applies heat and pressure, turning the inks into gas.
• The material absorbs the dye, resulting in a permanent, high-quality print.
