In your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the Shopify app store and search for “Vivofy” or click here. Next, click Add app → Install app to proceed with the installation.
2 : Authorize Your Shopify Store
After installation, you will be redirected to the Vivofy app where you will be prompted to authorize access to your Shopify store. This step is required to sync your store with Vivofy.
3 : Start Designing Your Products
Once your Shopify store is successfully connected, you can begin using Vivofy’s design tools to create and manage your products.
How to add products to my store?
1. Click “Catalog” in the Vivofy control menu to view all available products.
2. Select the product you want to customize, then choose the desired colors and sizes to begin your design.
3. Add product details:
- Write a clear product description

- Set a reasonable price
4. Save or publish your design:
- To publish, change the product status to “Active” and click “Publish.”

How do I edit product information and sync it to my store?
To update product information and ensure it syncs correctly with your Shopify store, all changes should be made within the Vivofy app. After editing a product, click “Publish” to automatically sync the updates to your connected Shopify store.
Please note that all product information changes made directly in your Shopify admin panel will not sync back to the Vivofy app. To maintain consistency across platforms, we strongly recommend managing all product updates through the Vivofy app.
If you’ve already made edits in Shopify, you’ll need to re-edit and publish the product in the Vivofy app to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
For assistance with syncing or product updates, please contact our support team.
Can I set my own retail prices?
Yes. You are free to set your own retail prices in your Shopify store to determine your profit margin.
Additionally, inside our app, you can go to the “My Products” section, click Edit, and update your product’s selling price. The changes will automatically sync to your Shopify store, ensuring your retail price and profit margin are always up to date.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the Vivofy app?
When you uninstall the Vivofy app, all product data created through the app will be immediately removed from the app. This prevents conflicts or uneditable content from remaining.
Your order information, including order details, recipient name and address, will be retained for up to 30 days after an order is completed or cancelled. This retention period enables us to support you in the event of returns, reprints, or other service-related needs. After 30 days, all customer-related order data will be automatically and permanently deleted in accordance with standard data retention specifications.
Please note that customer and order records may still remain in your connected sales channels (such as Shopify). Vivofy only deletes customer data stored in our systems.
